Haha, probably never.  I haven't freestyled in over 8 years and when I did it was just basic ATWs and all that...

I pratice like 1-2 hours during a week and I don't pratice on weekends, Last years I used to pratice for 3-4 hours during the week and 5-7 on weekends, and I think my evolution is going better this year lol

I realised that I had a big improvement in may even though I almost didn't practice. That's kind of weird haha
