Go to "Profile" at the top, then click on "Forum Profile Information" on the left.  Look for the Signature section and use the IMG tags for the image.

It would be this without the . before img tags: [.img]http://www.beyondfootball.com/forum/technology-and-graphics/beyond-football-signature-bar-anyone-can-use-it/?action=dlattach;attach=1171;image[./img]
