Member of the Quarter: April - July [Nominations]

We will combine the top nominees and put them into a poll for you to vote.  Winner will get a custom MOTQ sig bar like the one alexfs has.  Nominations close in a week.

Only Miran makes good posts now. Everyone else on your list has made a few good posts but also a bunch of useless posts making the good to bad ratio just as even as someone who doesn't post at all.
Oh and that guy in the tech section has made like 200 on-topic posts, he's brilliant.

But wich criterios do you have when you nominate someone?
I think we should get a thanks button in the Help and Equipment section, if possible. That way we could nominate someone easier.
And we could know who helped the most, without looking into every profile or topic.
My criterio for the nomination is who helped the most. So I'm for Miran too.

It's a combination of things... I usually look at:

- Quality of posts
- Volume of posts
- General helpfulness
- Reputation the members has

Why? From April to July he's only made good posts in the past week. Less than a month before he was banned, he was abusing moderators and unnecessarily swearing. Rewarding this sort of behavior will result in more of the same.

We're a team, you insult one you're insulting all of us, that's how a team works. I wasn't offended about him 'telling it like it is' as your put it, I was offended by the direct and unnecessary abuse.
