Freestyling when it's bad weather?

What do you guys do when it's bad weather, sits and uppers indoors? Can you go to leisure/Sport centres and practice indoors?
Please give me some help, answering my questions?

Find place with shelter or find some garage if they don't let you in sport centre or gyms

Yeah, I'm practising in the garage and also in the room. I have 2 pairs of shoes so that 1st one I use outside and second one are always clean so that I use them in the room.

Annoying thing is i don't have a garage at my house.. 

So prob gonna have to find shelter, or something like that.

Well, yeah I think. Croatia is a hot country and I guess it is not easy to freestyle when it is over 30 degrees centigrade.

Yeah, man, i live in Istria, there are many beaches, and outside temperature is over 30 degrees...it is fucking hot right now...but the sea is amazingly good and refreshing...come to croatia ;)

Well i live there is wind as well and can be very annoying. lol
