Help with sitdowns

Im new to sitdowns, i mainly do lowers and uppers.. Can anyone give me some tips on sitdowns? It's very hard to practise!

imo macca should make more sitdown tutorials
not only single tricks
but also how to combo them, what combos to focus on etc
i hope you know what i mean, it would be great to have such tutorials from you, since your sits are so dope

I dont know if someone mentioned this in their tutorial vids but when u start training sits (the juggles) try to do it in a corner so if u lose the ball u dont have to get up and go get it..it will save u time and u will progress faster :D hope it helped :great:
