i hope madrid wins. If Mourinho sets up the team to defend very well for the whole 180 minutes and then get 1 very late late goal from a corner kick or free kick then maybe......but that is just one very optimistic madrid fan's point of view.
If i was to be realisitic i would say madrid are about to get hammered 5-0 again :17:
forget Ronaldinho....only one deserves the -inho suffix......Jabarinho!!!!

I just editing this thread so it's for all the games between these two teams.  We have 4 coming up!

I really think Madrid has a solid chance at home.  I'm not sure who's starting out with the home game in the Champions League, but if it's Madrid, it will certainly be more interesting.  If Barca is at home first, this will be over after the first leg.

Mourinho can make the other team panic, and his defensive tactics can be effective if he can carry a lead into the second leg.

i always liked madrid because they never backed down from anyone and always played attacking football. So I'm not sure i am happy with mourinho's defensive tactics in the 1-1 draw on saturday. It was somewhat effective yes but i dunno *sigh*.........Hala Madrid (in a hushed tone)
Ozil hopefully will start the copa del rey final. I do not care if we get trashed......i just want to see madrid play confident, attacking football like always.

No, it wasn't boring. :)
The match was joyful with Barcelona passing the ball around the Madrid players finding their way through every now and then. Mourinhos tactic worked well tho and Madrid had quite a few good chances on their quick counterattacks.. But to be honest, Barca could have taken a comfortable win after Albiol was sent of.... instead they relaxed and slowed down the pace..

We're up for another fantastic game tomorrow

HALA MADRID! They deserved it. I'm happy for them.  :You_Rock_Emoticon:
stupid guardiola and his silly tactics. Mourinho changed his tactics and guardiola acted like it was 1998.
LOSERS LOSERS!!! :P
he should have used bojan instead of that horse face villa. Instead, baldy used afellay... WHAT!??? AFELLAY!!??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?
Guardiola shouldn't have played possession football, they should have just gone for it. Put milito and batra in the back. Take out that sh!t mascherano. Remove villa from the start and use bojan.
I know I'm a barca fan, but I also like madrid and they deserved the win big time.

very surprised by this result. Nice header by ronnie and very good cross by di maria too. Now i am actually optimistic about madrid's champ league chances vs barca. I think mourinho can pull it off again......but im not sure.
Hopefully mourinho rests his key players on the weekend before the champ league clasico next week because that match will be intense :040: Even though the weekend match is against a very good valencia team it is not important because the league title is lost
1st leg at the bernabeu will give madrid the advantage i think, but we will see..........

Guardiola should change his tactics. PERIOD.
possession football won't make you look good when pepe, ramos, and carvalho will destroy your attackers.

It's all about where the first game is played.  Madrid will always havea  good chance if they play at home.  If Madrid starts at home and can pull of a result, Mourinho's defensive tactics will be much more effective on the road.  Pressure will be on Barcelona.

Nice to see Madrid win one of these.
