Give tricks on tricks? That's quite a revolutionary idea you've got there Max!  :You_Rock_Emoticon:

To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules.

so ppl who use rco are not hardcore?
skora?
brian lockyer?
or does "hardcore" nowadays mean amatw/matw nts, a few tatw/atatw nts, ahmatw, ahtatw, alatw, patw, pmatw, skatw, skmatw, eatw, ematw etc...
what happened to having a huge variety of tricks and mixing them together like Skora?
I guess that's why there are so few comments on "hardcore" videos nowadays. Too little variety, very boring repetitive combos, no style (not talking about bendy legs or smoothness)
That's why I still say Skora's the most hardcore until now, he doesn't forget the tricks he learned and tries to add to his arsenal of moves. You guys are killing hardcore freestyle. Bunch of robots.

I was saying about tricks, which you shouldn't train, shouldn't waste time on them. If you get high level it wont take you much to learn rco.

@Leha does everyone in russia agree to your theories?
truth is - if you ask any hardcore Russian lower freestyler - ARS, German or Any0ne for example - about Leha's contribution - you'll be surprised what they tell you
when here on bf he is quite underrated - in Russian community he is the most influential and respected person in fact

he is underrated here because he hasn't done much here, I guess. if these awesome tutorials could be translated i think many would appreciate it considering most people know leha does have alot of knowledge about lowers.

Ethan should describe his approach of improving long combos here :D

To be serious, perfect 'distribution' in hardcore lowers is: strong foot - out tricks, weak - in. It means that you 'strong' atws should be in for weak foot and out for strong. Of course, tricks of 2nd stage(tatw, matw,...,kamatw,katatw+basic abbas-moves) must be learnt by both feet.
That's why what is useless for hardcore lowers:
-strong foot: smth harder in abbas-tricks than beck atw, ahmatw, ahtatw;
-weak foot: latw out.
For boths: crosses, rcrosses, tb and other bullshit.

About methods - it's worth to write a book - too much to say.

But didn't you say that inside ATWs are bad for knees?
"Matheson bases his descriptions of the death experience itself on studies by Elisabeth Kuebler-Ross and Raymond Moody.[6] When reading these accounts, Matheson found that revived suicides told a much more frightening story than anyone else who had near death experiences."

lol, freestyle = health.
All sports are good if not practice too ... I think it is better to vary upper-lower-sit to let the muscles recover.. ;)

Can we get more tips?
http://www.youtube.com/user/LISdafreestyler
-Don't break combos.
-Don't use crossovers to save combos.
-If you're a new freestyler looking to improve, check the stickys in the help and advice section.
-Send me a personal message if you see spam.

I don't think the concept of being 'hardcore' can be confined to such limited ideas nor can the application of 'theory' serve as a mechanism to justify what is hardcore and what is not.

i agree with more or less everything leha has said. but i still dont agree u need high hatw/atw/htw records to achieve high combo records!

just wanna add that  i think achieving a high level is just as much about your psychological technique in training as it is about your physical...interested to know leha has to say about that?
