Share some of your favorite anime shows and recommend any good ones.

Me: POKEMON!!!  
It's a kid's show, I know... Extremely predictable episodes. Some funny parts here in there.
but I just love pokemon... from the cards to the video games to the cartoons  

I have a friend who is a big azz japanophile. He's got like around 200 or more gigabytes of anime shows. There is one in particular that I really liked. It's really funny but I can't remember its name or specific events in the show to describe it to someone. The story is revolves around a school environment I think. One of the characters has a huge crush on the popular new(?) girl and keeps trying to flirt with her in the hallways of the school, but she always beats him up big time. I can't remember the others.

I heard a anime named high school of the dead,i think its series or something..i gonna watch it in a few time.

I loved Dragob Ball Z when I was younger.  While I was in Germany, there were two soccer cartoons that were unreal: Kickers and Tsubaza.  Anyone watch those?

i like inazuma eleven. but its become predicatable too and the new episodes take ages to get translated.

I used to watch the arabic version though. love it.

Haha! Brilliant!  It's such a classic.  I was thinking it'd be a great cartoon for the US as well.  Tons of kids play soccer here so it would fit righ in.  It would need to be remade though with updated graphics.

Of course I've watched Tsubaza, such a classic!

One Piece definately is one of the best animes out there, no doubt.

Why haven't I heard of Tsubasa?

Just like most others, I watched Pokemon and Dragon ball Z as a kid.
What's the difference between Anime and a cartoon?
