I only get dizzy once I hit 30 or so.
I try not to think about dizziness whenever I do rolls. I never have to take a break from dizziness either.
I think naturally your body builds up an immunity against it.
Even when I stack a set of rprolls I don't feel real dizzy, only slightly kinda barely dizzy. (not losing balance or stuttering around)
BONER!

What the hell! How can you build immunity to it. That's like sitting in the dark waiting for your eyes to become immune to darkness..it doesn't sound plausible.
Does it have something to do with speed or what part of the neck you move? It has to be something like that.

Maybe immunity was a bad word, more of a resistance against it.
I used to skate for (9) years, I think all the spins (360's, 720's, etc.) naturally built up a resistance. I think thats why I never had a problem with rollers.
BONER!

You will get used to it as you practice them more :) And it will after some time take more rolls to make you dizzy. So when the amount of rollers you can do increase, so does your 'resistance' to dizziness. At least thats my experience with it :p

3 things affect dizziness.
- knowing where the ground is (feet being planted is good)
- what you see (duh)
- inner ear shit (something about stones and hairs and fluids)

last one is most likely what happens. don't stress that stuff out too much and gradually get urself used to doing more and more each time.
