the good thing about google translate is that it can open youtube videos which are not allowed to view in germany :D you just have to translate the link

Just put the link where "www.google.com" is and press "hide my ass". See what happens and report back.

hidemyass.com does work in germany. Just copy the link from the video and paste it on the page. The quality is not the best but you are uptodate concerning videos then ;)
