This ones a tough one guys.
Most people get bored of rolls because of their "lack of knowledge." I say this not meaning you do not know much of anything about uppers, but it will all look the same to you. It's kind of like when people say all lowers look the same (not everyone, particularly non fsers.)
In order to get a greater appreciation of roll tricks you have to watch every single movement carefully. If you look close enough it's not rolling over the same part of his face every time. It's really not as easy as it looks, and is just as hard as lowers (my opinion) because every single movement you do affects the next tricks style/consistancy/flow.
Example 1) your doing atw-atw-atw-htw -------- the third around the world is sloppy, so the htw is sloppy too
Example 2) your doing rproll-rproll-aproll-aproll -------- the second rproll rolls over nose, it throws off the style/flow/constancy of the last tricks
The fact that bengau can keep a consistant style on these rolls going both ways is mind blowing in itself, but facerolls arent much different from lowers. Every single thing you do affects your ability to do the next trick.
ALSO, something that didn't come up in this discussion, but comes up often.
Please don't say "Why do you train only face rolls?"
cause no one has ever asked you "why do you train amatw?"
