Judgind by your comments, you obviously "are arsed" about what people think, I'd say quite a bit.
He didn't just point out the bad as you say because he wrote that you're all very good, he didn't even say it in a negative way to insult you, but as a critic, an advice meant to help you improve. You can accept it or ignore it, the choice is yours.
A constructive (and objective) critic will ALWAYS be better than pointless comments like "nice vid", which gives you no feedback on your work, but the problem is that nowadays no one even bothers to write one because people are so used to these "friendly" comments telling them they're flipping amazing, that a huge argument breaks out because their ego can't take a single critic.
