i dont train lowers, but when i was trying to learn lmatw, ethan told me to think of it as atw-matw (nt)

so think of it as htw-atw (nt)

alatw tips, tu tienes que hacer tipo el primer htw rapido y saltar cuando lo estas completando els ecreto es el saltito que tenes que hacer eso te dara el tiempo necesario para concluir el trick.

I think of alatw as 2 fast htws same foot, kinda what samuel said with the htw-atw nt thing. But if you practice in latw, alatw is really easy just dont think about the revolutions and get ur foot around fast i guess lol thats what i do

Can you do inside latw? If you can, then you should be able to understand the concept for alatw since it's not even that technical..
Kick the ball and start the first rev asap. After your leg is 3/4 over the ball, begin to jump and do the 2nd rev.

well, i have seen u doing inside latw...
they are not very different...
just make sure the first revolution has been done, when the ball reaches its highest point to have enough time for the second revolution
