Do you tie your shoes tight or not so tight so they are comfortable, or you don't tie at all  :biggrin:

When u tie your shoes too tight and train alot lowers u can get problems with the sinew, so i had some time ago a tendosynovitis <----- i googled it cause i dont know how its in english, hope its right.

i don't know what is sinew xD, maybe you mean it slows blood in your leg?
