for me the MOST underrated freestyler is Andrew Henderson. he is doing combos with 6 latw's in lp's aswell as doing ridiculously hardcore combos in videos.

i think Arthur is underrated because nobody thinks of him when they think about the masters of lowers...they always think Skora, Azun, FX etc... Arthur isnt on their level, but he is probably 5th or 6th best lowers in the world, and if you look at all-rounders i would say he is top 3 in the world
