19.19 is scary. Divide that it two and you get separate 100 metre times of 9.595...how the fuck do you sustain that?!

That's even scarier, actually. Yeah in the first 100 you need time to accelerate, but to sustain and increase that all-out sprint at such a fast pace (faster than anyone else has run) is just monstrous. Although I guess it makes sense when you look at how Bolt runs the 100...he takes a while to really go his fastest, compared to someone like Asafa Powell who is a really fast starter.

Did you hear about when he ran 150m in england, the last 100m he ran under 9 seconds!

No one else is no where near him and he is still only 22! Unbelievable!
