« on: Dec 21, 2007, 10:01: AM »

Dutch Eredivisie is one of the most over looked thinking it just Ajax who win the league but just last season it was a final day showdown between PSV who were third, Ajax second and AZ on top by two points (Ajax had three goals more than PSV on goal difference so PSV were virtually out of it) on the final day PSV won 6-0 with Ajax winning 1-0 and AZ lost what a match week that was here is last season table http://soccernet.espn.go.com/tables?league=ned.1&season=2006&column=none&order=false&cc=3436

Nice to see Makaay still doing well.

I wonder if this Afonso guy will ever get picked up by any bigger team. He's getting old so that's a turn-off but still... he puts them in the back of the goal.

Michael Bradley-good up and coming two-way midfielder:

Nice Afonso Alves goal from today:

Afonso Alves has a huge attitude problem.  He'll get his chance to leave.  Old or not (he's only 26), his strike rate is ridiculous.
