Spain after winning the Euros maybe can do it, they have finally surpassed their strange nervous reaction to getting far in tournaments

England i can safely say, will never win a World cup in the foreseeable future.. Theyre cocky, arrogant, and so over-rated... Their technical ability is miles and miles behind the likes of Brazil and Spain, and their tactical ability is equally lacking... as well as this, theyre screwed if it ever goes to penalties, or if they have to play against Germany/Argentina they will always lose...

They also probably have a great great great grandmother who once went on an exchange trip to Brazil so they think they are Brazilian and can support them.
