depends on how badly pulled it is
but rest, and if they are still sore after a few weeks
then go to a physiotherapist or doctor

but if you dont..you should be stretching before you fs or play football
and stretch for a long time

dont stretch be4 running. Even after do it very very lightly

Go for a light jog before you start to stretch your muscles, that way they are warmed up when you start to stretch them.  HTH.

also take Ice bath's

every night till its better which shouldnt be more than 2 weeks (even thats a bit much)
