Practice. I think you've heard that before, and in many situations you'll be asking how to practice. Well, just try to beat your atw record, and it'll be easier. In August, my atw record was 3 and i turned 180 degrees around. Now I can do them without turning around at all. You get my point?

Learn atws without jumping, because as you jump thats where you turn around, miss out the jump and you will stand still.

When you practise your atw's try to pay attention on your style and on how that you perform them.
Because when you perform your atw's with good style, you will see that you will improve faster, and it will be easier to do the atw's.
About the thing that you go around in a circle everytime: I think that when you can do about 15/20 atw's you won't be go in around a circle anymore.
As August said: Try to beat your atw record.

Hope that I have helped you alot,
Good luck!

thats not good, my friend FSed for like 8 months without jumping or moving at all and he only got 7.
the best thing to do is try not 2 spin the ball so much.
