some advice plz
« on: Mar 12, 2009, 05:08: AM »
Some time ago I did combos like ahmatw-latw, latw-latw etc. and all was ok, but now I have some pain in my groin! I had some rest not doing these combos, but then I started to train it again and all pain has returned. why? what is it? And should I continue training combos like those and it will be better soon? Or  should I stop doing them? :dontknow:

I'd say keep going, but if the pain persists then go to your doctors :)

I had the same problem and it ended up being a groin strain, you should go and see your doctor.

Warm up before you start and cool down after you're done.

buy some things you can put on your leg, sprays that cool's down the muscle pain, or rest for day or two until the pain goes away...

Take pills that relax your muscles.

go to your doctors :)
your doctor.

Go to the doctors, get advice. Theres  a few things why this could happen, like not warming up right ( or at all ) or your pushing yourself alittle to far. If you did see the doctors then they would maybe give you painkillers or maybe tell you to cut down on your freestyle.

I think you have to keep going, with maybe better warm up/cooling down.
Maybe it's good to stretch your groin a little bit (this helps me really much)
If your groin still hurts you should rest some days (or maybe some weeks) or you should go to a doctor
