i once tried wearing ankle weights while walking/jogging to the freestyle area .. and tbh it only made made legs feel really tired and messed up my touch on the ball, so i think practise is all you can do man

weights on your legs while fsing?
Doesn't it tire out your ankle?

thats the point it will improve ur stamina so u can do longer combos

tbh i think any other physical activity would be good for freestyle

And one, I think stupid question, but I wanna be sure: when you train outside atws or tricks including outside atw, won't be your inside atw or latw weak? I mean I adapted to doing atws outside, but I'm not sure if doing atws inside will help me to master latw faster, because it is easier to do inside latw for me, but I don't get why. I just mean if it requires to train it individually. I know that I put it idioticaly, but I hope you will understand.  :dontknow:

i can do like 30-40 outside atw's 10-15 inside and i do inside latw's i can do 3 insise and 1 outside....if that is what you mean...no it won't, i think you can build your freestyle any way you want

eating fruits and veggies.
drinking MILK! I dunno, it just makes me feel energetic and makes my bones stronger and my muscles more controlled
and freestyling longer
if you love to freestyle, DON'T try too hard in football. it just wrecks the style and makes simple moves like atw or cross an achievement...
jogging helps you build stamina. and sit ups are good for sit downs
