Inside Outside Atw
« on: Sep 15, 2008, 02:48: PM »
Now I've been on the forum for a few months but havent really tried to freestyle much (been busy)

It seems that I can only do atw's when i first start with the ball at my feet and i roll the ball back, flick it up and do my atw then. Now i now every1 is gonna say practice practice practice, blah blah blah but it seems for me that when i try to do it while im just regularly juggling i always put to much spin on it.

Hints?

When I did It I dropped the ball and let it bounce then did my atw, it got me able to do it from kickups, tell me if that helps

I don't think you realise how old that technique is. It works anyways. Remember to hit the ball a bit more on the right side on outside atw if ur right footed, not completely on the pinky toe put a bit more on the right side. The same thing with inside, don't hit it just with your big toe but on the left side of your foot.
