He'll be OK but his English is nowhere near good. I've heard him speak in interview in which he tried to speak English and it was pretty damn bad. Very bad actually.

He'll get ahold of it fast ;) I know it from my own experience, being close to the team all the time. I'd say give him 6 months. That's what it took me to learn the basics. I was 14 though. :)

Yeah it's a lot different when you're young. You can pick it up much faster obviously. I spoke better English 3 months after being in the US than my parents do 10 years since moving here.

i think that Scolari will just drive the Chelsea's people insane. Phil is known for him winning with Brazil and having a "solid" Portugal team

what was the last club team that he coached and how did they do?

He has won Coach of the Year in South America twice for winning competitions such as Copa Libertadores with Palmeiras and Gremio.
