Fifa are considering a new rule which i totally agree with.

these kind of hard tackles for as long as the victim is not playing, the tackler will not play either.

example eduardo was out for 9 months i think (Not sure)
then Taylor would not be allowed to play for 9 months.

for how long this guy is out, the tackler will not be allowed to play. if it is a career ender then that guy's career is finished
