I want you guys to tell me what you think.
I made up a different way of training. IMO, this is only for those who have proper control of the basics.
I applied the High Intensity Interval Training method in order to recover my basics and strengthen my muscles and get them used to the weird fs movements again. Also, I don't have the time to do regular training anymore so this takes around 40 - 45 minutes.
Here's an example.
30 seconds of strong atw, as many as you can do
rest for 10sec
30sec of weak atw, as many as possible
rest 10sec
30sec of hatw
rest 10
30 sec of "strong htw - weak htw"
rest 10
30 sec of "weak htw - strong htw"
rest 10
30 sec of htw - atw
rest 10
30 sec of weak htw - atw (in my case I'm doing weak in atw - atw because I still haven't got a good grasp of htw atw with my weak foot)
then rest 30 sec or 1min and then repeat 3 times this whole routine
I did this and then made another routine right after it based on the timings above except with moves like tatw, htatw, latw, magellan atw, and aatw
I haven't fsed after my first try of this because I had a slight pain in my thighs for 2-3 days. I'm gonna try out these moves after some time.
Has anybody done this kind of training before?
