In Holland we have a saying that goes, "It's like riding a bike, you'll never forget". I think it also applies to fs tricks but it will be a bit strange if you do not touch a ball for a year and start freestyling again.

its kinda similar to this , but i wonder how mikael lindroth would handle a sitdown combo since he quit freestyle years ago, how quickly could he get his touch back

i guess 10-15 days would be enough... just practice juggling for the first 7-8 days.. and then move on to doing all those combos and stuff !!
