Also I do games for the Chicago Fire, they pay us hourly, basically it is $75 a game, but some of us are waaayy better than the others (some of us feel we are getting underpaid), we're doing halftime shows every game next season, what would guys say would be a good price for that?

That only happens when it's on stage in front of thousands of people lol.
The fire pays me $210 a game.
You don't need massive lower experience to put on a good lp. It works just as well with upper.
