I sent him an email with my name and address. As an answer he gave me his address, bankinfo and other needed information. After that I sent him the money through my internetbank. 20 euros.
When it comes to the vid its maybe a bit long, but you will see a lot of crazy, hardcore combos

I told him to set up a website for it and use paypal or something, but he just likes his bank transfers 
I ended up mailing him a money order cause it would be an extra $60 for the bank transfer
DVD is insane though
