Ste Fs, Ethan, and Damian have been added to the admin team of our Facebook page.  We also have Benbow, Dan, and myself on the team.  Let's get some activity to the page and direct members over here.  Please invite your friends to the page if you have the time.

I wanted to bring this topic back for additional comments.

I just browsed the list of recent members who signed up and looked to see if anyone became an active members.  The most posts I saw was around 18-20 from a member who registered 3 months ago.

I think that's the main problem.  We are not attracting many big posters.  Usually, you'd expect at least 2-3 new members to join who will have a significant impact on the forum... say post 10-25 times per week.  Unfortunately, we're not getting those members right now.

Any thoughts on why this might be happening?  Most people are registered and not posting.  If they post, it's like 5 times in 3 months.

 :wtf:

We've done some nice things like the BF competition with prizes, new background, new admins, and now we are getting a new server so things move faster around here.

Let us know what your thoughts are.  Ultimately, we need people to post more.  We are barely getting 100 posts per day.  I know lots of people are still logging on and watching videos, but we need this to be about good content.

I'm trying to setup some smaller competitions every month and reward top posters with some Pele gear.  Not sure what else we can do.  I guess everyone just needs to put in a few more posts and we'll be better off.

Beyond Football
WOAH! Where did this guy come from? That was pretty damn awesome..almost too awesome for everyone to use. It should be reserved for the top 8 or something.

i hope no, because i really wanna use it :'(
Wasn't it you who asked if anyone else skips the first 20seconds? ;P
Well I do, despite being cool and impressive it's too damn long and should've been reserved for the top 4 or 8.

consider this...
there are pages on FB of groups/organisations representing countries. Of course not many are official but still have a following. you can approach them and offer them to promote them here by putting up there page links, website addresses etc here.
in return they could do the same by posting links to the forum and its contents on their pages once in a while.

In this way, you will be able to approach the new ones i think.
you could do the same for organisations like F3, S3 etc
give it a thought :)
The nitrophosphate process (also known as the Odda process) was a method for the industrial production of nitrogen fertilizers invented by Erling Johnson in the city of Odda, Norway around 1927.

I think everyone on this forum probably skips the first 20 seconds.  Nothing wrong with that.  We've seen the intro, so what's the point in seeing it 20 more times?  It's meant for new watchers who haven't seen it yet.  If people see that intro and know it's BF after the first 2 seconds, then we've done our branding job.

Good idea tbc.  I'll try to approach the admins of those pages.  If anyone has their contact information, please send me a PM.

In benbow we trust. :great:

I know benbow can do some magical things with his design and freestyle knowledge.  It's just a matter of motivation and free time.  You know you got my backing for anything you want to do if you're interested mate.
