practice tips to start to practice lower/air combos..

I began freestyling the last year in october.. only I need know some tips for continue the lower combos.. in this moment I have all tricks with the two legs.. latw..tatw..amatw..htatw.. with my right leg my atw record is of 30 atw.. but my record with my left leg is 6 xD.. other thing is that I did the nt sometimes.. and  is really dificult...I want begin the low/ air training with some tips... training methods...  how nay time I should use of all the tricks... hatw..hatw.. changes of lowers(htw-atw...I can make it but, I don't have this perfect..  ).. and how many time I should practice teh basic nts.. amatw -amatw nt x1, tatw-amatw nt x1 , and other  tricks beck atw.. homie beck atw..

Not really a tip to train them but before you train them STRETCH, you don't want to get injured
