i wanna know if u guys have like a training program which u stick by or go out there and do whatever comes to mind?

i use to have one where i would have certain things i would practice until i got better, goals i would want to achieve etc,but now ive just started to try and do everything at once and i feel it is not as effective as a training program, what do you guys think????

To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
You can't know where you're going without good goals.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules

hmm i hope you will understand what i want to say :)

when i train freestyle i do whatever i want, and i can't see improvement, but after some period, like 3 months, result just comes, and i do things i couldn't do before, i even impress myself...but i don't know if training program is more effective, never tried that method
