Their excuse is that they're investing in the club.  I don't think anyone would invest this agressively in a regular business.  Just an expensive hobby if you ask me.  UEFA needs to be carefuly how they set their laws... this could become an issue in the future.  If he leaves for whatever reason, the whole club could go down right with him.

In other news, Bayern is much better off for this year:

Revenue for the year - 328.5 Mio
After Tax profit - 1.3 Mio
Current Liquid Assets - 129 Mio (potential transfer funds) :celebrate:

:sign0065: yeh surely this is just an expensive hobby. There is no way etihad airways expects to recover those losses right? The only benefit i see etihad getting from this is brand awareness......maybe. But there is no way that covers a 194 mil pound loss!

forget Ronaldinho....only one deserves the -inho suffix......Jabarinho!!!!

i read in the paper that their profit was 220 mil, but the wages already 250 mil... investments are not the only reason for their losses

You must mean "revenues."  Profits are the money that's left over after all expenses.  They were in the red so no profit.

:iagree: And how is it possible to make profit anyway if you have more loan than revenue? :D
