yeah hey guys, as the title says, im trying to land this upper trick where it starts from a shoulder stall which then procedes to a roll on the chest and it will end on the other shoulder.

the ball keeps rolling off my body and arching my back backwards is getting real painful. i wanna know what i am missing.

any Tips? and is there a name to it? ohhyeah i posted this in the beginners advice thread like waaaaaaaaaaaay back but no one replied so yeah.

It's probably because you're not bending your knees enough or not pushing the ball enough. It's hard to tell since there's no footage of you to see what you're doing wrong..
