It's all sits except for the last clip.
I had no luck with air combos... It was like I had no muscles in my legs. I couldn't even do a 15 hatw atw combo when I was aiming for at least 25.  
There were no upper clips because i haven't trained in a long time and now my level is shit. My back hurts because of too much uppers in one night.
I hope you like the sits and the last trick. I don't know if the last trick is new or not but it hurts your thigh if you don't do it right

hmm... if I had to name it i would just call it x crab ass... I don't know. I'm not good at naming moves. thanks for the feedback guys 

If you can do crab ass atw, this "new" move is quite easy (it took me only 1 hour  ). just imagine you're doing a rco then complete the crab ass. It will give you more flow and your leg won't get in the way.
