groin strain

I know theres loads of questions on this but when im freestyling i cant practice atws because my groin just start hurting too much to carry on and also starts hurting when i practice other tricks :( I do a warm up before so i dont get what it could be thanks if you can help

can be snapping hip syndrome ... Hip clicks you turning?
if not, stretch the iliopsoas, quadriceps, etc...

This is really common problem for Freestylers. And i know people who have both rested for some month, and also keep on practicing even harder, both worked.
 
Me personally, i stopped practising and just rest.  And i also suggest you to do it!

I got the same problem, just rest in 2 months and strech all the time !

Does your groin on both sides hurts? If no, practice other foot (i guess it's weak foot) untill that pain pass.  :grin:
