brazil is a team that is searching for an identity.

I'm sure that identity will be revealed further once/if Neymar joins with Chelsea/Madrid/Barcelona.

Brek Shea is the fucking man. How about Donovan looking like an olympic sprinter? He had a few runs that blew my mind. The second half was excellent by the US.

It's definitely a pain - an everyday task, and it takes up some time. But once you get used to it, it's excellent. My body fat is somewhere between 13-16 right now, so i'm destroying myself right now to get back to around 6-8%.

Giving up bread and cheese is :sign0065:

I'm going to be pissed if this stuff interferes with the season openings on Saturday. I plan to watch all of the games while sitting on my couch with my comforter in the morning :13:

Don't think that Manchester City will finish above Chelsea. Drogba is looking just as dirty as ever, and I think this new manager will be inspiring...

1. Manchester United
2. Chelsea
3. Manchester City
4........

I don't even feel comfortable with making a top 3, let alone 4. This season is going to be insane.

And I love Arsenal's top quality acquisitions...they are really doing well in finding experience and filling their holes :embarrassed: :embarrassed: :embarrassed:

Breakfast (around 8 AM) - Milkshake of banana, strawberry, 0% milk, and ground flax seeds.

Lunch (around 11:45) - chicken breast or fish, sauteed vegetables (garlic, onion, asparagus, brocolli, green bell pepper, zucchini)

Dinner (around 6 or 7) - Black bean soup with white rice

I'll usually snack on a sandwich or bread around 10 and go to bed around 12. This has been my routine for a few days, and hopefully for a few months. If I get hungry in between meals i'll drink a glass of milk or water. Keeping myself hydrated (at least 5 glasses of water a day), and i'm back into running, abs, and pull/pushups.

I weighed in at 175 the other day, and didn't like it. So, i'm going to get my six pack back. Hopefully I can drop to a good 160.

As neymar's hair told me the other day: i can eat, have sex, and travel without them fucking with any of that.

so, i agree. there's nothing i can do about the stupid way our country is run, so why frustrate myself even thinking about it?

That sucks man.  I've never bought any stock.  Don't have enough saved to make a significant profit and they say the stock market is for losers anyways.

If you want to invest, invest in entrepreneurs and small businesses. The market is hit and miss, and is a way to make a "quick" buck.

Good, long term investments come in the form of finding good ideas and smart people to help with business endeavors. Anyone can create an e-trade account and buy a bunch of stocks and futures. But a well thought-out business start up (and no, it's not hard to start a business in "this economy." There are possibilities everywhere.)

..and so on and so forth. When you find people like these to invest in, you have a great chance to have a stake in something big. Remember, it's not called investment for nothing: there is always going to be a significant risk factor. The more risk involved, the more you will probably gain on return.

As far as politics go, why bother?

I definitely did not download it :lol_hitting:

It's pretty vintage music by both of them; pretty clever, funny, etc. The beats are excellent, but the overall quality of the rap isn't the greatest. Good music. 8/10.

I'm not sure what kind of time you have, Adi, but if you're at Chipotle multiple times a week, you should try saving that money and making much better quality hispanic food at home. It always tastes better when you cook it.

For only having been around some 12 or 13 years, I think the MLS is taking an excellent approach to the league with regard to everything but properly developing young players; however, as you see with the New York Cosmos coming into the league, Cantona is prepared to build a world class team from the ground up; and he thinks he can do it in 20 years. This team is also going to create a rivalry aspect in New York, which is something I'd love to watch. I don't mind watching the MLS, but to be honest it does need to make improvements more quickly, because the top leagues in the world have young, local players that are developing fast as fuck.
