Okay since one hour is pretty short( I know ), how can I maximize improvement for it? Should I train just one trick for the whole hour or something like that? And yes Im talking about only lowers.

Help and Advice / Maintaining all round level plus improving
« on: Sep 04, 2011, 04:32: AM »
Hey guys! We know that summers over and now we all have got school and stuff. So Im gonna get pretty busy from now on. Although Im trying my best to fit fs in. So conclusion is that I'll be waking up early and then freestyling at that time. Anyway on to the point: I want to know how people maintain their all round levels. Or improve them? How can you be good at all three aspects of freestyle? Uppers, lowers, sits? Do you practice all of them in one day? Or do you have different routines set out for them? And how much time do you give to each?

Secondly! If I fs one hour a day it will give me 7 hours a week. I think it is better than training 3 hours one day and being painfully sore from the last training session in the next one. I just wanna ask if 1 hour a day is okay for some good improvement in a week? Thats all. Hope to hear from you people soon. Peace

Help and Advice / Re: 360atw help

Try staying as relaxed as possible. Feel the movement. Do it smoothly. Dont worry about dropping the ball. Be smooth with your movement, theres always plenty of time after you flick the ball up, all you have to do is turn and land it! And one important thing to keep in mind is,
Dont flick the ball up as soon you get under it! Flick it up when the ball is comes down so that you can force it to go straight up. This works for me :) Good luck.

Help and Advice / Re: When to start nt's?

I think its good to start learning nt when you can do 25 or 30 move combos easily. Well atleast thats my goal for nt :P

I recently gave an LP and now Im trying to look for moves that people would like in LPs. I saw some videos and realized that impressive acrobatic stuff really makes the crowd go crazy! :D So umm, I wanted to ask that if some of you could just help me out a little by telling me how you learned it? Stuff like flipping in the air with the ball and all :\ Honestly Im scared of that stuff and cant try on my own. :| So thats why I thought I'd post the question here :P Did you learn from some professional gymnast? Or at home by yourself? I dont think I have any gymnast available near me to help :( So how do I conquer the fear of flipping and handstands? Please help :D I will greatly appreciate it.
Peace.
