I like sits more then lowers but lowers are a lot harder in many ways. Sits is just a matter of getting used to it and as long as uer legs go around it and get used to it then sits will become very easy, on the other hand lowers are very stressful and are very tiring when doing hardcore combos or even intermediate combos and need lots of practice to get used to it. In conclusion the only reason y ppl say that sits are easier is just because simply they can do them better then lowers but lowers are a lot harder!

NZ ABDULLAH, o man it sucks trust me! uer feet will freeze and if the ball gets into the snow then uer atw are fucked because it becomes very slipery.
