skora never uses this kinda stuff... he keeps his vid. edit simple hes just PURE SKILL... btw max is completely right and i also think it is a trend started by russian freestylers... 

dunno who started it but its all over the place now and annoying as fuck. also that every freestyler seems to have dslr now allthough they know shit about editing.... and one thing you might not know: in earlier days skora was the synonym for over edited videos.... so much pan and cropping and effects it was horrible :P

What i noticed recently is, taht people who publish hardcore lower videos always use the same type of editing and same kind of music. Mainly this type of editing lloks like this: Epic music (Jedi Mind tricks or something similar), Black and white effects and slowed down emotion after landing hardcore tricks.

Imo this is pretty pverused and annoying to watch, especially if beginner or intermediate freestylers use that kind of editing, but cant do astonishing stuff. Dont get me wrong there is nothing wrong with being happy after accomplishing a new trick that is hard for your level, everybody has to start somewhere but editing the emotion to epic music and displaying it to youtube looks just stupid imo. I dont have anything against it when ethan lands patw patw and edits it like that but that should be an exception... nowadays it became pretty mainstream and i know that i did it myself which i regret nowadays.

What are your thoughts on this?

well szymo doesnt go around the ball at all when performing this trick so you might youst leve the atw part away.

freestyle today is nothing like back In the day. I actually used to have motivation to watch videos and go out and freestyle. All I see is repetition and the same ol combos. And sorry I didn't go all the way back to read the previous comments.  Probably should do that before I comment lol

totally agre with you. thats why i love TF's new video so much because it is something new.... well not really something new but it has the old values to just randomly put some tricks together and make it look amazing. Even Skora, who used to have the greatest variety of tricks has turned over to the boring side of frestyle and cares only about the usual 3rev and nt stuff.

too many people complain about such dumb things. freesyle = do whatever the hell you want. you guys completely miss the point on what freestyle even means. stop bitching about it. it's ridiculous. Max, why do you hate yen's sentence? it's the truth. you want everyone to do the same thing? it seems like it is already happening anyway cus almost every video i see here on this site, is never anything new b/c you guys don't think outside the box. same ol boring shit.

you dont read what i am saying. i actually share jasons opinion, his post describes perfectly what i meant. i only hate yens sentence because it is used VERY often by people to justify the use of hands in freestyle football thats it. i dont have anything against creative or original stuff, in fact i want to move away from hardcore and go into the creative style more. and yes i agree with you that freestyle has become VERY boring when you watch most videos.

Yo Max, some people are show stylers so they train to entertain and to wow audiences. I think that is the coolest thing about freestyle. There are a lot of styles out there and we can train the tricks we want to learn. There is no limits. All styles should receive respect and there should not be hate within the sport.. especially from well known freestylers who need to set and example. I am not naming people i am just stating thats the way our sport should be 

i couldnt care less what people do in a show as long as they dont call it football freestyle and use their hands 50 % of the time. S3 calls thei show freestyle ball or ball-freestyle which is cool. Also in a football freestyle competition you just cant use your hands for more than to spin the ball, it just isnt football freestyle. i am giving alot of respect for every style in freestyle, i actually love to watch everything that involves a ball but in competitions there have to be rules. you cant say in a competition you can do everything you want because its FREEstyle. Its also called FOOTball freestyle for a reason.
