but ur only doing hhjatw correctly, if ur not jumping at the end (after the second revolution)
if ur jumping, ur doing a normal jatw
it´s the same with hatw and rco
no jump = hatw
jump = rco

of course u shoud start with matw and then amatw
for example, ur also learning latw before alatw, atw before htw etc.
to practice it, i threw the ball up, let it bounce on the ground and then do matw (without touching the ball for the inside atw with ur foot)
this trains the matw motion a lot
i hope u get my point
