« on: Sep 03, 2009, 04:06: AM »Warm up properly (break a sweat, stretch, start the practice through the basic moves), go practice on some soft(er) surface (artificial grass for example), stop doing airmoves for some time and focus on other things (sit, upper, transitions, ground...).Thanks Miran! :thumbsup:
