my retard friend has this issue of some stupid ankle leg twist just b4 getting a trick,especially htws and atatws.i think its pshycological,and hes also a reatrd,,so any solutions to this?its sreious for his life,btw

i was just wondering if there is any freestylers in the south of england becuase all the freestylers live miles away so its impossible to do a freestyle meet
