Title: Man im gettin stressed wit this now!

Ok!

So the footstall, easy trick.

But the problem is I see so many freestylers who can hold the ball on their foot and roll around, do handstands and all that schizz...and the ball is like glued to their foot.

Ive tried so many times, without my shoes on i can kinda hold the ball on until I get so far back with my leg, then it just slips out, with my shoes on it's a nightmare.

Is there some kind of secret to doing this? Or do you just have to have really flexible ankles so you can press your toes onto your shins pretty much?

Ive tried for so long to find online some secret to it or something, but don't know what to look for dont know how to do it :(

it depends how much you can "bend" your foot

for me , this is impossible because of my injuries in the ankles.


Try to find a ball with good grip, it helps

I don't know, sometimes it holds on to my foot, but mostly it just slips off. Anyway, it's better without cloth above your ankle, or without shoes it's even better I think. But I suppose everyone has found this out already.

Well the way I found how out how I could grip the ball like that was when I was really sweaty and then ever since Ive been doing it so what I suggest is try getting really sweaty and then see will the ball clamp down onto your shin and if it does then you can do it if if doesnt then you cant

lol exactly what happened to me!

after a really hard lowers session i could do handstands and stuff and it wouldnt slip off

but then whenever i bent my foot the next day, it cained

It makes it more difficult if you have much hair on you legs, leg me or BevS for example. It's nearly impossible to press the ball with your toe against your legs so that it "glues", because the hair makes the ball slip away. Funny but true. :dontknow:

but its ok if you cant do those tricks, coz you make up for it with some insane camera angles!

my legs are somewhat hairy so.. :down:
