Title: footballs
Post by: Hueydabest on Jun 12, 2009, 05:13: PM
i went to a soccer(football) store yesterday and saw some $20 balls in a bin. i saw a black f50 ball and felt the outer surface... it felt really plastic like and slippery...didn't seem to have a good bounce either. do the f50's i see in the '08 rbss only cost $20 or something? and also, how much do the footballs you purchase usually cost?(excuse my bad grammar and punctuation, i'm typing on a mobile device)

My navy blue f50 with white trim was only $15.  The surface was weird at first, but I like it now, it has definitely outlasted its $15 price tag.

I didn't think there were any other kinds of f50 ball, but in a soccer magazine a few days ago I saw an electric blue one with a different stitching pattern and it looked like a different material, so maybe there are more expensive ones :dontknow:

We have the new F50 balls at work that are suppost to be the ball that goes with the new Tunit i's. The material is by far better than any of the other F50 balls i've seen.

lol I was just wondering if that was the ball you guys used for Rbss... =/

Oh well, the feel of the ball wasn't that good for me...

Maybe it's because I got used to the Teamgeist 2 Matchballs.
