Title: Macca - Sitdown Practice
Post by: BigMac on Jun 05, 2009, 12:29: PM: Lately I been training lowers like crazy and completely neglected other styles but now I am going to practice sitdowns more =)

Here is some clips I filmed a few days ago. Nothing special, maybe I will make a proper video over the summer.

u know, like when the ball doesnt leave ur body and is rolling along ur legs and shit.
there not really stalls because theyre moving, and it reminds me of contact juggling, so i called those moves contact moves :P
unless theres another name?
anyway, u have great sit style, theres no need to go into to much detail.
