With a powerlifiting form and range of motion bench is 209 and squat is 265. Also deadlift tho you didnt ask, 331.

max. bench: 75 kg goung for 80kg in two weeks im pretty young tho hohooo

i've never deadlifted before. these numbers are from about a month ago, so i'm sure they've increased
i only use the bench as a marker of how much upper body strength that i've gained. same with the squats. it's a pretty useful tool for that, as all of my actual working out is just body weight.

You're not actually improving your fitness that much, because all that excess muscle mass without the equivalent strength/efficiency that comes when you work out for strength alone is bad for your heart.

I don't usually get laughed at more than anyone else honestly tho I do tend to make others laugh because of me. You do know that muscle memory lasts for about 10 years? Kevin Levrone is back in the gym and he did 80 pound shoulder presses, first shoulder work out in 4 years and yes he is of gear. Btw you seem to think I take or support some of the supplements you listed.. uhm not really. The only thing I ever used is caffein, amino acids and protein, so.....
