i know alot of you guys already know about the youtube video downloader, but also alot of people dont know about it, the program is only 2mbs big, so it installs in secconds, and each video will take about 60-70 seccs to download

hope this helps if you where wondering how to download youtube vids.

There are a bunch of these. I use some website where you can just put the video URL in and it will let you download the video. It's downloaded in .flv format though. Does this script do the same or does it convert the videos as well?

www.zamzar.com you can convert files to any format but have a limit of 100mb at once.
thats what i use to convert live performances into mp3.
there used to be a site similar to the youtube downloader but cant remember the URL now.

http://vixy.net/
really good, but sometimes its a little slow unfortunately, mainly youtubes fault though.

viloader.net
A little IE add-on. You right click on the YouTube page and click "Download Video". A little dialog box appears and you click "Download" it opens in a new tab and takes you to their site and you can download from there. Like Adi mentioned, this also downloads in .flv format but you can also convert videos there.

leave this thread alone, maybe lock it, theres a few options to choose from if people want to download from youtube.

Yeah, not much variation between all these sites. The scripts are probably fairly simple.
Thanks for sharing though.
