this is a really old video. i already see one more person saying that the way he puts his hands on his back is gay just like last time this was posted. this is only because his abs will start aching like hell if he does them normally. this provides him much more support and endurance. its for the challenge at hand, not to look the best.

well when it comes to official records....this shouldnt be allowed. It makes things easier .....and thats the oppisite idea of what guiness records are about . Thomas Lundman from sweden does it up to 10min btw ..

ha pussy, he needs to get stronger abs when i do it doesn't hurt a bit just my legs
but respect to him obviously he is really good for breaking all these records, just hate that style!
