Hey i was just wandering whic camcorders you guys use or would reccomend, because at the moment im using one that uses tape, which has a battery life of 30 mins!  :down:

Sony hdr-xr520ve   havent really tried it yet, but im saving money so i can buy it. It should be one of the best hd camcorders.

Just buy some rechargeable batteries (NiHM) and a recharger. The NiHM batteries lasts longer (until they're flat and has to be recharged) than regular batteries as well.

Thanks Mr T but the real problem is to get it onto the computer.

i have to put it onto dvd which takes up more time and decreases the quality.

i want one which will just plug straight into the computer :)

Sony hdr-xr520ve   havent really tried it yet, but im saving money so i can buy it. It should be one of the best hd camcorders.

its propper expensive man
but the results are well worth it
in argos u can get it for 475
but everywhere else its 500 or more

don't have that kind of money yet
try asking the sales person some advice for good quality cams but are cheap enough

There are so many things I want to buy and this is going to be on my list, regardless if I freestyle or not. A video camera can always come in use.  :biggrin:
